Waist

Measure from the highest point of the garment (typically at the shoulder or waistband) straight down to the bottom hem.
Sleeve Length

Measure from the shoulder seam where the sleeve is attached to the end of the sleeve.
Chest/Bust

Measure straight across the garment from one armhole to the other, at the fullest part of the chest.
